Hello,
"it's a pain for to watch" Your sentence seems perfectly wrong !
This scene was painful to watch, it was a pain to watch.
"For to" used to exist in old songs, ballads, for instance John Baez's old ballads.
"He came for to marry me" but it is very outdated now.
