Active et passive voice^^

Hello!!
I've an activity about the active and passive voice (comme d'habitude)
!!!Transform the verbs from the active to the passive form using'by'.Make any necessary changes.
a-Fumes from automobile exhaust pipes 'cause' air pollution.
Air pollution is caused by the fumes of automobile exhaust pipes.
b-Water pollution 'will deplete'many water zones of their oxygen soon.
Many water zones will be depleted from their oxygen by the water pollution soon.
c-The Algerian government'will ban'cigarette smoking next year.
Cigarette smoking will be banned by the Algerian government in the next year.
d-The post and telecommunication Ministry has already issued a lot of environmental stamps.
A lot of environmental stamps has already been issued by the post and telecommunication Ministry.
e-We haven't imposed drastic limits on gas emissions and noise yet.
Drastic limits haven't been imposed by us yet.!!!!!!!!!
OK...that's all i've corrected it but i know that it's full of mistakes so...

Ce dernier exemple est un peu difficile au niveau de la négation ; pour l'exercice peut-être mettre à l'affirmatif ?
