Voici quelques phrases qui me gênent :

Pourquoi aucune agence de recrutement n'a voulu vous aider ?

Why no recruitement agencies wanted to help you ?


Pourquoi aucune agence de recrutement n'a pu vous aider ?

Why no recruitment agencies could help you ?

Est-ce qu'on peut remplacer no par any ?

any est utilisé dans cette phrase pour un sujet interrogatif.

NO might sometimes be used for NOT ANY.

Starting off your sentences, I'd kind of say:
Why didn't any recruitment agency want to help you?
Why any recruitment agencies couldn't help you?

I think agencies in the plural is common in English but not in French. You should have said: Pourquoi aucune agence de recrutement n'a-t-elle voulu vous aider? and so with the second sentence too.
My English re-formed sentences of yours seems a bit awkward to me.
I'd rather say:
Why were there no recruitement agencies that wanted to help you?
Why could no recruitment agencies help you?

You had better wait for a more competent answer.
Mine is only with forged guarantee secured.

Why [have no]/[haven't any] agencies wanted/tried to help yo?

Why [were no]/[weren't any] agencies able to help you?
Why [could no]/[couldn't any] agencies help you?
