Hello,
will take est le futur simple
will have taken est le futur antérieur
Ici :
will take her exam = passera son examen ...demain/dans 1 semaine/dans 1 mois...
will have taken her exam = aura passé son examen ..d'ici 1 semaine/d'ici 1 mois..
On obtient donc la phrase:
His sister WILL HAVE TAKEN her exams in a week's time =
D'ici 1 semaine sa soeur aura passé ses examens

j'aimerais bien
Form:
subject+will+have+past participle of the main verb
ex: barbara and her husband will have visited the south of morocco by the end of week
use: the future perfect indicates the completion of at a particular time in the future
-adverbials used with the future perfect:
-this time next week/wednesday etc...
-by 2015/five o'clock/this evning etc...
-befor monday/june/2015 etc...
