Hello,Could you help me with these confusing words?
Brush, rinse,scrub,sweep or wipe?
1-After I have washed the clothes, I must (rinse) them to get the soap out, then hang them up to dry.
2- Your jacket needs ( to wipe).Your have some chalk on it.
3- I have (swipped) the floors, Mum, but there's this stain here on the carpet.
-Well, you'll have to get down on your hand and knees with soap and water and (scrub) it till it comes out.
4-I feel better now, she said, (wipe) the tears from her eyes.
5-(Brush) your hair before you go out.
6-I've washed up, and (rinse) the cups and saicers.Would you like (to sweap) them and put them away, or shall I leave them on the driningboard to dry?

14-A person speaking quietly so as not to disturb othersmurmur).

Bonjour,
Votre travail est fait à moitié,les verbes ne sont pas conjugués.Personne ne fera le travail à votre place.Merci de présenter quelque chose de fini,correctement présenté et sans trop de fautes de frappe.

wipe = essuyer
sweep = balayer

Hello please I need a correction : rinse , wipe, sweap, brush,rinse and scrub

Avez-vous vérifié la signification de ces verbes? c'est indispensable pour un tel exercice!
1)correct
2)choix du verbe: correct, mais la construction est à revoir! comment fonctionne "need" dans ce contexte?
3)le premier verbe est mal choisi(et le participe passé est "scrubbed")
4)...she said, wiping the tears from her eyes.
5)correct
6)verbe mal choisi(et il s'écrit "sweep", de toutes façons!). Et "saucers"? et "draining board"?
Vous devez faire l'effort d'être plus rigoureux/euse. Vous ne faites là que recopier un texte, donc aucune faute n'est permise!

So for number 3 is it correct now?

Bonsoir,
Pour la 3, vérifiez si "sweep" est régulier... et vérifiez également ce que ce verbe signifie..("balayer", non?). Pour essuyer, choisissez "wipe"(6)..
