Nowadays, certain persons don't care for our environment that we should protect. They throw out the polythene bags and filth in streets in front of our homes. The worst thing is that many dirty cats and dogs came there to look for eating rubbish. Unfortunately, our children can suffer from different diseases due to the madness and the indifference of theses persons who are not interested at next generation. So we have to sensitise citizens to the importance of nature and the dangers caused by the fact of not preserving the environment.

The worst thing is that many dirty cats and dogs came (restez avec le présent) there to look for eating rubbish. Unfortunately, our children can suffer from different diseases due to the madness and the indifference of theses persons who are not interested at (interested in the) next generation. So we have to sensitise (misspelled) citizens to the importance of nature and the dangers caused by the fact of not preserving the environment.

Une autre chose. C'est maladroit et pas nécessaire "the fact of not preserving..."
...and the dangers caused by the fact of (enlevez)not preserving the environment.
mieux ...and the dangers caused by not preserving the environment.

Outre la nécessaire suppression de "the fact of" qui alourdit pour rien, comme le dit Douglas, il y a encore des maladresses dues à la traduction d'une langue à l'autre ... En voici quelques unes - qui ne sont pas "des fautes"...

So we have to sensitize citizens to the importance of nature and TO the dangers caused by (the fact of) not preserving the environment.
