Hello, dearest Friends,

A vos recherches !
BRAVO .

I)Please, help my student! He really needs you!
Go for it!

Comme toujours, you have THE FORCE! (you’ll need it !)

How Much Calorie Should You Eat on Average? ( *** This text contains many mistakes that MUST be corrected !)

An average woman needs eat about 2000 calories per day to maintain, and 1500 calorie to loose one pound of weigth per week. An average man needs 2500 calorie to maintain, and 2000 to loose one pound of weigth per week. However, this depends of numerous factors.
For some people, this is due to something other than dietary intake, such as hormonal disorders. For everyone else, it's the result of taking in too much calorie from food and not leading an enough active lifestyle. Not only excess calorie intake packs on the pounds, but eating too much calorie from certain sources causes other health problems. Together, these can cause an avalanche of issues that negatively impact your overall health and well-being. The good news are that taking charge and making the necessary changes effectively reverses these effects or prevents them from progressing in most cases.
We are stuck in a cultural war with our kids and we're loosing. The most we try to get kids to eat veggies the least they want to eat them. This is called a cultural war because veggie-avoidance is so widespread now it practically defines our country's attitude towards food.
The only thing we can think to change the situation is to tell parents again how important is it that their kids eat vegetables . We don't really see the benefit of doubling-down on the pressure parents feel to get their kids to eat more greens. It just creates a vicious cycle: Public health officials pressure parents. Parents pressure their children. Nothing changes. Could pressure be the problem? Hmmm. We understand why kids wouldn't eat vegetables. It's the same reason most adults don't eat vegetables. If it's good for me, it can't be good. Health information, it turns out, reduces consumption. In other words, the most you talk about the healthy benefits of eating vegetables, the least your kids want to do it. This is the downsize of what I call, the medicalization of the meal. Vegetables = medicine = necessary = taste bad.

II) Find the 11« scrambled words »… )… (Pas facile, ... Désolée ...

1) SSNIITNTIORUT sometimes use the term « SoFAS » to refer to YPEMT calories or calorie foods. « SoFAS » stands for Solid Fats and Added SAURGS. (3)

2) A 500-calorie meal consisting of SIRTUF and SLAEEEBTGV has more health SIEETFNB and will keep you feeling full for longer than a 500-calorie KASCN of pop. (4)

3) GIANTE a big TAKEBSFAR could help with TGEWIH reduction and ENNTIMCAENA. (4)

III) ANOTHER TORTURE…

Travaillez bien! Bon courage

Of course... THE FORCE is with You...
) In that case, take your pick...

Hello
After half day of racking my brain here is my correction : fifteen mistakes
READY TO BE CORRECTED
Thank you to HERE4U and Maxwell

An average woman needs TO eat about 2000 calories per day to maintain, and 1500 CALORIES to LOSE one pound of WEIGHT per week. An average man needs 2500 calorie to maintain, and 2000 to LOSE one pound of WEIGHT per week. However, this depends ON numerous factors.

For some people, IT is due to something other ELSE than dietary intake, such as hormonal disorders. For everyone else, it's the result of taking in too much MANY CALORIES from food and not leading an active ENOUGH lifestyle.

Not only excess calorie intake packs on the pounds, but eating too MANY calorie from certain sources causes other health problems. Together, these can cause an avalanche of issues that negatively impact your overall health and well-being. The good news IS that taking charge and making the necessary changes effectively reverses these effects or prevents them from progressing in most cases.

We are stuck in a cultural war with our kids and we're LOSING. The MORE we try to get kids to eat veggies the LESS they want to eat them. This is called a cultural war because veggie-avoidance is so widespread now it practically defines our country's attitude towards food.

The only thing we can think to change the situation is to tell parents again how important IT IS that their kids eat vegetables. We don't really see the benefit of doubling-down on the pressure parents feel to get their kids to eat more greens. It just creates a vicious cycle:

Public health officials pressure parents.

In other words, the MORE you talk about the healthy benefits of eating vegetables, the LESS your kids want to do it. This is the DOWNSIDE of what I call, the medicalization of the meal. Vegetables = medicine = necessary = taste bad.

Hello my dear Here4u and Maxwell : thanks for your great exercises !
Hello my dear Lucile,

FINISHED.

Hi Everybody !

Here is my work:
I) Texte de Here4u : FINISHED.
Cette fois-ci, mon élève « a fait fort » Il y a 15 fautes ! Comme toujours, you have THE FORCE! (you’ll need it!)

How MANY CALORIES Should You Eat on Average?

An average woman needs TO eat about 2000 calories per day to maintain, and 1500 CALORIES to LOSE one pound of WEIGHT per week. An average man needs 2500 CALORIES to maintain, and 2000 to LOSE one pound of WEIGHT per week. However, this depends ON numerous factors.
For some people, this is due to something other than dietary intake, such as hormonal disorders. For everyone else, it's the result of taking in too MANY CALORIES from food and not leading an ACTIVE ENOUGH lifestyle. Not only excess CALORIES intake packs on the pounds, but eating too MANY CALORIES from certain sources causes other health problems. Together, these can cause an avalanche of issues that negatively impact your overall health and well-being. The good news IS that taking charge and making the necessary changes effectively REVERSE these effects or PREVENT them from progressing in most cases.
We are stuck in a cultural war with our kids and we're LOSING.
It just creates a vicious CIRCLE : Public health OFFICIAL PRESSURES parents. Parents pressure their children. Nothing changes. Could pressure be the problem? Hmmm. We understand why kids wouldn't eat vegetables. It's the same reason THAT most adults don't eat vegetables. If it's good for me, it CAN be NOT good. Health information, it turns out, reduces consumption. In other words, the most you talk about the healthy benefits of eating vegetables, the least your kids want to do it. This is the downsize of what I call, the MEDICALISATION of the meal. Vegetables = medicine = necessary = taste bad.

My translation:

Very interesting and also surprising because I DO love vegetables !

II) Find the 11« scrambled words »…

1) NUTRITIONISTS sometimes use the term « SoFAS » to refer to EMPTY calories or calorie foods. « SoFAS » stands for Solid Fats and Added SUGAR. (3)

2) A 500-calorie meal consisting of FRUITS and VEGETABLES has more health BENEFITS and will keep you feeling full for longer than a 500-calorie SNACK of pop. (4)

III) ANOTHER TORTURE… (de Maxwell) Maxwell. FINISHED.

1) Déjà = dès à présent, (avoir terminé, être prêt) : already (dès ce moment là), yet (at this moment).

You have ALREADY finished you plate, I don't believe my eyes : you are a real greedy pig ! Your food must be chewed, not swallowed ! You'll undestand it later..., when your stomach and your liver are painful...

Yet (négative or interrogative forms)

She didn't do it BEFORE her moving, but now, far from her family, she is at ease with heself.

3) Déjà = valeur de renforcement d'une constatation : that's not too bad, (at all), c'est déjà pas mal. It's a start = c'est déjà qqch ! For a start, in itself. C'est déjà ça ! = C'est un début = that's something, that's a start. C'est déjà pas mal = c'est un bon début : that's no bad, that's not bad going, that's a good start, that's not a bad start. C'est déjà qqch = c'est un bon début : that's sth, that's a good start.

She dived into the cold water to save a dog from drowning, and she adopted it: THAT'S A GOOD START  !

How many friends would you want to invite at your party, AGAIN ?
Combien d'amis comptes-tu inviter à ton anniversaire, déjà ?

5) C'est du déjà vu = (c'est bien connu) : that's predictable, it is the same old thing. Déjà vu = chose qu'on croit déjà connaître. Déjà vu = chose connue (familier) : rehash. Arrière-goût de déjà vu = sentiment de chose déjà connue, lingering sense of déjà vu.

He added his job inteviews up for the company, and for all the candidates for that job THAT'S PREDICABLE: hard to find the rare gem !

Déjà = even as adv + prep (même alors).
Déjà = familier, (d'abord, pour commencer) for a start, for staters, for one thing.
Déjà que = étant donné que : as if it isn't enough that... already, with that,

Have a very sweet, but also a great week. Here4u, I give the force back to you, you need it for sending and marking our works!!!!
See you soon.

In other words, the MORE you talk about the healthy benefits of eating vegetables, the LESS your kids want to do it. This is the downFALL of what I call, the medicalization of the meal. Vegetables = medicine = necessary= taste bad. (=13)

hello everyone,

this is my brainstorming , ready to be corrected.

I)Please, help my student!

How MANY CALORIES should you consume on average?

A WOMAN ON AVERAGE needs TO eat about 2000 calories per day to maintain herself , and 1500 calorieS to LOSE one pound of weight per week.

A MAN ON AVERAGE needs 2500 calorieS to maintain himself, and 2000 to LOSE one pound of weight per week.
However, this depends of numerous factors.
For some people, this is due to something other than dietary intake, such as hormonal disorders. For everyone else, it's the result of taking in too MANY CALORIES from food and not leading an enough active lifestyle. Not only excess calorie intake IMPACTS on the pounds, but eating too many calories from certain sources causes other health problems. Together, these can cause an avalanche of issues that negatively impact your overall health and well-being. The good news IS that taking charge and making the necessary CHANGE effectively reverses these effects or PREVENT them from progressing in most cases.
We are stuck in a cultural war with our kids and we're LOSING. THE MORE we try to get kids to eat veggies THE LESS they want to eat them.

This is called a cultural war because veggie-avoidance is so widespread now, it practically defines our country's attitude towards food.
The only thing we can think to change the situation is to tell parents ONCE again how important IT IS that their kids eat vegetables . It's the same reason most OF adults don't eat vegetables. If it's good for me, it can't be good. Health information, it turns out, reduces consumption. In other words, the more you talk about the healthy benefits of eating vegetables, the less your kids want to do it. This is the downsize logical OUTCOME (or consequence) of what I call, the medicalization of the meal. Vegetables = medicine = necessary = taste bad.

Hello Here4u and all hard workers here is my work OK FOR CORRECTION ..

How MANY CALORIES Should You Eat on Average?

ON average A woman needs TO eat about 2000 calories per day to maintain, and 1500 CALORIES to LOSE one pound of WEIGHT per week.
ON average A man needs 2500 CALORIES to maintain, and 2000 to LOSE one pound of WEIGHT per week.
However, this depends ON numerous factors.

For some people, this is due to something other than dietary intake, such as hormonal disorders.

For everyone else, it's the result of taking in too MANY CALORIES from food and not leading an ACTIVE ENOUGH lifestyle.

Not only EXCESSIVE calorie intake IMPACTS on the pounds, but ALSO eating too MANY CALORIES from certain sources causes other health ISSUES

Together, these can cause an avalanche of issues that negatively impact ON your overall health and well-being.

The good news IS that taking charge and making the necessary changes effectively REVERSE these effects or PREVENT ON them from progressing in most cases.

We are stuck in a cultural war with our kids and we're LOSING

The MORE we try to get kids to eat veggies the LESS they want to eat them.

This is called a cultural war because veggie-avoidance is so widespread now THAT it practically defines our country's attitude towards food.

The only thing we can DO to change the situation is to tell parents again how important IT IS FOR their kids TO eat vegetables .

We don't really see the benefit of doubling-down the pressure ON parents WHO feel FOR get their kids TO eat more greens.

It just creates a vicious cycle: Public health officials pressure parents. Parents pressure their children.

Nothing changes. Could pressure be the ISSUE ? Hmmm. We understand why kids wouldn't eat vegetables.

It's the same reason most adults don't eat vegetables. If it's good for me, it can't be good.

Health information, it turns out, REDUCE consumption. In other words, the MORE you talk about the healthy benefits of eating vegetables, the LESS your kids want to do it.

This is the DOWNSIDE of what I call, the medicalization of the meal. Vegetables = medicine = necessary = taste bad.

ANOTHER TORTURE THE WORD ALREADY .
1- Dés lors dés maintenant since then
Advised by his FATHER , Amadeus Mozart already knew play the piano as a virtuoso at the age of 6

you have a bad memory I have already told you previously

3- Emploi expressif espressive use

Hello, Dear Hardworkers...

How Many Calories (1) Should You Eat on Average?

For some people, this is due to something other than dietary intake, such as hormonal disorders. For everyone else, it's the result of taking in too many calories (1) from food and not leading an active enough (6) lifestyle. Not only does excess calorie intake pack on the pounds (7), but eating too many calories (1) from certain sources causes other health problems. Together, these can cause an avalanche of issues that negatively impact your overall health and well-being. The good news is (8) that taking charge and making the necessary changes effectively reverse (9) these effects or prevent (9) them from progressing in most cases.
We are stuck in a cultural war with our kids and we're losing (3). The more (10) we try to get kids to eat veggies the less (10) they want to eat them. I call this a cultural war because veggie-avoidance is so widespread now it practically defines our country's attitude towards food.
The only thing we can think of (11) to change the situation is to tell parents again how important it is (12) that their kids eat vegetables ». I don't really see the benefit of doubling-down on the pressure parents feel to get their kids to eat more greens. It just creates a vicious cycle: Public health officials pressure parents. Parents pressure their children. Nothing changes. Could pressure be the problem? Hmmm. I understand why kids won't (13) eat vegetables. It's the same reason most adults don't eat vegetables. If it's good for me, it can't be good. Health information, it turns out (14), reduces consumption. In other words, the more (10) you talk about the healthy benefits of eating vegetables, the less (10) your kids want to do it. This is the downside (15) of what I call, the medicalization of the meal. Vegetables = medicine = necessary = taste bad.

(3) Encore une fois : to LOSE (un seul O), I lost, lost= perdre. Certains se sont encore trompés …GRRRRrrr !
(4) Weight = le nom (attention à l’orthographe ! ) Le verbe = to WEIGH.
(5) To depend ON- bien retenir cette particule adverbiale.
(6) Leading an active enough lifestyle :
(7). Not only …= proposition qui commence par une négation (mise en relief) est forcément suivie d’une inversion du sujet : « Not only + auxiliaire + sujet + verbe (sans s si c’est une 3è personne !) …. but also » « Not only /does / excess calorie intake/ pack on/ the pounds, » => Vous devriez TOUS revoir la leçon 116400.
« The good news IS … »
(10) = Progression parallèle : plus …. plus …/ moins …. moins ….= the more (the + forme comparative)/ …. The less (idem) Leçon 104884 (grand 2)
(11) The only thing we can think of /
Derrière « only », le pronom relatif (sous-entendu, ici) est « that » ; ici, (et c’est un peu gênant – et frustrant - de ne pas « pouvoir » s’appuyer sur la traduction pour l’expliquer ) le verbe employé était « to think of something » // « to change the situation » = in order to change the situation.
(12)… is to tell parents again how important it is: il n’y avait pas d’inversion du sujet puisque la phrase était une interrogative indirecte introduite par «The only thing»
(13) I understand why kids won't (13) eat = "why kids refuse to eat" = « won’t » de refus (volonté négative) leçons 105262// 119025 –pour débutants- // 118987 (plus théorique)
(14) «it turns ou»= it is revealed/ is shown to be the result of…

3)EATING a big BREAKFAST could help with WEIGHT reduction and MAINTENANCE.

Bravo !

1° NUTRITIONISTS sometimes use the term SOFAS to refer to EMPTY calories or calorie foods SOFAS stands for SOLID FATS AND ADDED SUGARS

2)A 500 calorie meal consisting of FRUITS ANd VEGETABLES has more health BENEFITS and will keep you feeling full for longer than a 500 calorie SNACK OF pop

3)EATING a big BREAKFAST could help with WEIGHT reduction and MAINTENANCE.

I) Help my student:
